Grandma Savings Bank Plc gives a. out EUR 150 million Pfandbrief in a tip edition

Oma Savings Bank Plc (“OmaSp” or “Company”) is issuing a Pfandbrief for EUR 150 million in a tap issue. The Pfandbrief will be issued on November 18, 2020 under the same conditions as the Pfandbrief issued by OmaSp and will run until November 25, 2027. The loan to be issued will be combined with the loan on November 18, 2020 and will then form a single covered Bond. The loan has an annual interest rate of 0.01%.
The loan is issued as part of OmaSp’s EUR 3,000,000,000 loan program. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) approved the update of the prospectus of Oma Savings Bank on May 28, 2021 and the amendment on June 4, 2021. In the update, the size of the loan program was increased to three billion euros. The prospectus and its supplement are available in English on the Company’s website at https://www.omasp.com/investors. The final terms of the loan to be issued will be available in English on the company’s website, expected June 11, 2021.
OmaSp will apply for admission of the covered bond to public trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd stock exchange.
