State Bank of India (SBI) internet banking, YONO and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services remain unavailable today as the bank is performing maintenance. “We will be performing maintenance on June 13 between 2:40 am and 6:40 am,” SBI said on Twitter

Last month, the bank’s digital banking platforms, including Yono, Yono lite, Internet banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), were affected due to maintenance work.
SBI has the largest network with over 22,000 branches and more than 57,889 ATMs across the country. As of December 31, 2020, it had 85 million internet banking and 19 million mobile banking users. The bank’s UPI users were 135 million at the end of December.
The bank currently has 35 million registered users of Yono, the digital credit platform.
In the meantime, the bank has introduced a unique loan offer without collateral – the “Kavach Personal Loan”. The loan covers the cost of COVID treatment for self and family members of the customer.
Under this scheme, customers can borrow up to ₹5 lakh at an effective rate of 8.5% per year for 60 months including a three month moratorium. The product is offered in the category of security-free personal loans and is available in this segment at the lowest interest rate. As part of the program, costs already incurred for COVID-related medical expenses will also be reimbursed.
